One Billion Rising Atlanta Flashmob and March 2017 – Break The Chains

On February 14, 2017, while many people in Atlanta were celebrating Valentine’s Day, others were taking a stand by participating in the One Billion Rising Atlanta flashmob and march event in the downtown suburb of Decatur, GA.
The participants performed the flashmob four times in three locations (see if you recognize them), which I have edited all together into one performance section of the video!
One Billion Rising is an organization that got its name from the UN statistic that one out of three women will be beaten or raped in a woman’s lifetime. The group promotes awareness about trafficking of and violence towards women.
Rise! Disrupt! Connect!
They have a Facebook group and a twitter group just for people in Atlanta @Onebillionrisingatlanta
I am not a professional videographer, and I am hoping I did this group proud with this edit. My cell phone shots were wrong aspect size, so I had to overlay them. 🙁
For music, I used YouTube free tracks:
Believer
March On
Also, Break The Chain Song is by Tena Clark. I do not own the copyright.
I had a lot of fun attending this event, and I hope everyone enjoys watching.
Also, I could really use some more subscribers. If you did enjoy my video, please show me some love! Comment, like, subscribe!
Thanks.
