A nemi szerepekkel kapcsolatos társadalmi elvárás, a nők és férfiak beállítódása, egyéni szerepfelfogása közötti egybeesés illetve eltérés jelentős hatással van az egyén társadalomban betöltött szerepére. A szerepekkel kapcsolatos társadalmi vélemény nem minden esetben esik egybe az egyén individuális beállítottságával. Ez az eltérés feszültségeket okozhat az egyén és a társadalom viszonyában, megnehezítve az egyéni életcélok megvalósítását.
Az eltérő kultúrájú társadalmakban nem azonos a férfiak és nők társadalmi szintű szerepe, a társadalomban elfoglalt helye. Az egyének azonban egyre inkább nem merev, nemileg határozottan elkülönült térben élik mindennapjaikat, ezért a nemi szerepek előírásai is lassacskán halványulnak. Ám ennek ellenére kultúra közvetítői által a nyelven, az intézményrendszereken, a tömegkommunikáción keresztül továbbra is a merev nemi szerepleosztása hangsúlyos. Jelen projekt keretében nemcsak a nemek/nemi szerepek társadalmi elvárásait, annak vonatkozását vesszük alapul, hanem azon túlmutatva az egyén, mint önálló individuum helyét keressük a társadalomban. Ennek kapcsán beszélnünk kell az LMBTQI (leszbikus, meleg, biszexuális, transznemű, queer, interszex) témaköréről is, hiszen ezzel elősegítjük az előítéletek csökkentését, a többségi társadalom hiteles tájékoztatását.
In this project, we consider the social expectations of gender / gender roles as its basis, and beyond
that, we look for the place of the person as a separate individual in society.
In connection with this, we must also talk about the topic of LGBTQI+ (lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender,
queer, intersex), since through this we can help reduce prejudices and provide credible information to the
majority of society.
With the project, we contribute to strengthening the self-esteem of young people, increasing their horizons,
making them more responsive to the problems surrounding them and the developing world, through them
we can shape the attitudes of growing generations. The promotion of active citizenship, social inclusion and
solidarity, the fight against discrimination, increase of equal opportunities, the intercultural sensitization of
young people, bring non-formal and informal learning to the fore, recognition of the Union’s promotion of
mobility, thus increasing the integration of young people into the labor market are outstanding importance.
