December 1, 2018 at Kerry Park in Seattle, a unique proposal by “The Heart Bandits” was produced including a flash mob dance, flower petals and candles in the shape of a heart, and PUPPIES with collars that read “will”, “you”, “marry”, & “me?”. This video is of the Flash Mob only.
